I know that I can go up or down 4-6 pounds within a day without any particular reason. I can drink and eat after work and weight myself right afterwards and still weight 6 pounds less than I did in the morning. Go figure. There's nothing wrong with my scale either. I figure it probably has to do with what time of the months it is or something. <br /><br />Don't let this incident shake you up too much emotionally.
